About SeeMore
SeeMore is an iPhone app for sunrise and sunset quality forecasts, map spots, a compass view, and status tiers that unlock community hidden gems.
Common questions
Why is my forecast empty?
Choose a location on Home, or allow SeeMore to use your current location. A network connection is required to load weather data for scoring.
How do I change my location?
On Home, tap the location name at the top of the screen to search for a place or use your current location.
Notifications aren’t arriving
In SeeMore Settings, confirm reminders are enabled and your quality threshold is set. Also check iOS Settings → Notifications → SeeMore.
Location, camera, or photos permission
SeeMore uses location for forecasts, compass, and spots; camera and photo library for sky feedback and spot photos. You can change these anytime in iOS Settings → SeeMore.
What are spots and hidden gems?
Spots are places you or the community save for watching sunrise or sunset. As you earn status / XP, higher tiers can unlock additional community spots (“hidden gems”) on the map.
Compass isn’t working
Compass needs location permission and a device with a working magnetometer. Move away from strong magnetic interference and calibrate if iOS asks you to.
Sign in or account issues
Make sure you’re using the same email you registered with. If you can’t sign in, try resetting your password from the sign-in screen, or email us from the address linked to your account.
Delete my account
Open SeeMore → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated data from our servers, subject to ordinary backup retention.
Report a spot or content problem
Email hello@see-more.app with the spot name, approximate location, and what is wrong. We review reports and may remove content that violates our Terms of Use.
